Where sitting with your story becomes part of your healing.
Person-Centered
Virtual Therapy
During sessions, my main focus is you and meeting you where you're at. I see therapy as a team effort where we work together to set and adjust goals that fit your needs. I believe in a holistic approach that takes into account all the important parts of who you are, including your cultural background. Therapy sessions currently are only available through Telehealth video or phone.

About Me
Hi there, Iām Rachel! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) located in Oregon.
When I'm not in my therapy office, you can find me exploring the great outdoors with my two big, goofy dogs. If it's too cold, though, I tend to stay inside and do beadwork. I'm all about finding balance, whether it's in therapy or enjoying the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

Use a private space where you can have your session free of distractions. It is important to have a device with the ability to have an internet or cellular connection strong enough to watch a video. Computer are preferred, but sessions can also be held on your phone through video or phone call.
